Refund / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

Eagle Creek Printing, Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect information submitted by our customers. It is the customers sole responsibility to submit Accurate names, addresses, and misc. information for imprinted items. Refunds and  Exchanges are limited to 14 days after receipt of order. Cancellations will be acccepted depending on the time frame that the item has been in it's particular production stage and all decisions regarding this will be at the sole discretion of Eagle Creek Printing, Inc. Any errors made by our company in failing to match the information submitted by the customer after they have proofed and approved their order will result in a full refund including shipping costs. We make every attempt to limit mistakes by sending our customers e-mail proofs on imprinted items for their review before printing. It is the customers sole responsibility to proof their imprinted item and approve it by replying back to the e-mail the proofs originated from.

There will be no refunds issued on imprinted items due to the customers neglect to proof  the supplied copy correctly. In the event that a customer orders the wrong non-imprinted item due to their error, they will be responsible for shipment costs to return the item back to Eagle Creek Printing, Inc. and will receive a refund less 25% of the items original cost.
